    Skeptic at first

    I have used castor oil on my face for years but was still a little skeptical about using it for "wellness" on other areas. I have to say, the waist/liver wrap helps me sleep better - I don't know how or why - it just does. I'm looking forward to trying the knee one out next. Great value pack and the castor oil is absolutely lovely quality. I really appreciate honest skincare's high quality packaging.
