Organic Castor Oil Knee Starter Pack

Everything you need to get started with castor oil wrapping for your knee. The wrap is easily adjusted for use on the neck, ankle, wrist and elbow as well.

Castor oil is a natural anti-inflammatory, and regularly applying it to sore joints will reduce pain and inflammation. Particularly good for arthritis, gout and bursitis. Also an excellent natural inflammation reducer in tendonitis or overuse syndrome injuries such as tennis elbow. Many report this as helpful for goitres and swollen lymph nodes as well. Castor oil increases blood and lymphatic flow, clearing inflammation quickly and naturally.

The packs are made by applying castor oil to the skin then wrapping with the wrap so it doesn't leak onto your clothes or bedsheets and you can wear the oil for long periods of time.

Each kit contains:

• Castor Oil Knee Wrap
• 250ml Organic cold pressed, hexane-free castor oil
• Wash bag (pop the wrap in this then straight into the washing machine after use)

Sizing: 

• Pad Measures 31cm wide, 10cm high. Elastic straps are 10cm unstretched, they can be stretched to 35cm, so a total of up to 66cm around. If you have big legs, try using one of our waist packs instead which are bigger and work well on larger knees.
