How It Works

Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid with well-documented anti-inflammatory properties. When held in prolonged contact with the skin, it supports circulation, eases tension in surrounding tissue, and helps reduce the inflammatory buildup that causes pain and restricts movement.

The key word is prolonged. A quick rub isn't enough. The wrap is designed to hold the oil firmly against your shoulder — so you can relax, sleep, or go about your evening while it works.

1. Gently massage organic castor oil into your shoulder.
2. Once finished, leave enough on so that there's a layer of oil, but it shouldn't be enough for it to be dripping.
3. Place the cloth directly over your shoulder, covering the area you want to target, and secure the straps to protect clothing and help the oil absorb.
4. Relax while it works, for best results wear overnight.
5. Remove and wipe away any excess oil with a dry cloth.

Repeat 3–4 times per week for best results, and once inflammation is reduced as often as you need for maintenance.

IMPORTANT: Less than 1% of people react to castor oil, but it is strongly recommended that you patch test before using to make sure you are not going to react.
