Why Use a Castor Oil Body Wrap?

Traditional castor oil packs can be messy and difficult to keep in place. A purpose-made castor oil body wrap makes the whole process much easier.

Simply add your organic castor oil, secure the wrap comfortably around your body and carry on relaxing while it stays in place. The water-resistant outer layer helps contain the oil, so you don't have to worry about covering yourself in towels or getting castor oil all over your clothes and bedding.

Do I Need to Add Heat?

No – we don't think a heating pad is necessary, but we know some people enjoy the added warmth.

That's why we've included a convenient front zip pouch. If you'd like to use your castor oil body wrap with a heating pad, you can. You can also use the pouch with a cooling pad if that's what you prefer.

How to Use Your Wrap

• Apply cold-pressed castor oil to the organic cotton inner layer of the wrap or directly to your skin.
• Position the wrap comfortably around your abdomen.
• Secure using the adjustable Velcro straps and adjust until comfortably snug.
• Add a heating pad to the front pouch if desired – this is completely optional.
• Wear your castor oil body wrap for at least one hour or overnight, depending on your preference.
• After use, soak and rinse the wrap to remove excess oil, then machine wash as required.

Your wrap is completely reusable, making it an easy addition to your regular self-care routine.

Because castor oil is naturally thick, we recommend soaking and rinsing the wrap before putting it through your washing machine. This helps remove excess oil and keeps your wrap ready for its next use.
