Terms and Conditions of our 2024 Rarotonga Competition
Conditions of entry (the legal stuff to keep you and your information secure):
These terms, together with any entry information and/or additional terms and conditions specified by Honest Skincare (Terms) apply to Honest Skincare's "Win a Holiday in Rarotonga" competition. These Terms are a contract between each entrant (you) and Honest Skincare.

Term: The Competition starts and finishes on the dates specified by Honest Skincare at the time of entry. If your entry is received outside of this period you will not be entered into the draw. Dates: start September 9, 2024 - finish December 22, 2024 (5pm). Draw announced 7pm, December 22, 2024.

Prize: The prize(s) for the Competition (Prize) are not transferable or redeemable for cash and all components of the prizes must be taken together. Some or all components of the prizes may be subject to availability, as well as additional terms and conditions set by third parties. Honest Skincare makes no warranties about the prize (including as to its quality or fitness for purpose).

Who may enter: To enter the Competition, you must meet any entry criteria specified by Honest Skincare, and comply with these Terms.

How to enter: If you do not follow the entry instructions specified by Honest Skincare and otherwise comply with these Terms, you may be disqualified. Incomplete entries may not be accepted. Single entries given for signup to Honest Skincare mailing list, per Facebook or Instagram post by following instructions on the particular post, and 5 entries per purchase from Honest Skincare.

Number of entries: You may enter as many times as you like.

Winner: Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) of the prize will be drawn randomly from one prize pool comprising all valid entries on the date specified by Honest Skincare at the time of entry.

Contacting the winner: The winner of the Competition will be announced after the draw. Honest Skincare will take reasonable steps to contact the winner by using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If Honest Skincare cannot contact a winner within one week after the winner is announced or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize and Honest Skincare may select a new winner.

Entries: By entering the Competition you consent to the Honest Skincare copying, reproducing, altering, communicating to the public and otherwise using your entry and any Materials all media, whether known now or developed in the future, in relation to the Competition, or to advertise and promote Honest Skincare (including by publishing your entry and or the Materials, or parts of them, on Honest Skincare's websites). In addition, by entering the Competition, you agree that Honest Skincare may use your name when announcing the winner.

Privacy: Honest Skincare may collect and use personal information about you (including your name, contact details, and any other personal information you provide in connection with your entry) for the purpose of administering the Competition, verifying the validity of entries, contacting winners and checking winners' identities. As certain information is required for us to run the Competition effectively, if you do not provide accurate information where we request, you may be disqualified from the Competition. Honest Skincare will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. We will not sell or share it with any third party, or use it for any purpose other than selecting a winner for the competition. Your email will not be added to our mailing list unless you add it yourself.

Liability: Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Honest Skincare and its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, equity or otherwise in connection with the Competition or the prize(s)). Without limiting the previous sentence, Honest Skincare is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the Competition, however caused.
Facebook and Instagram: Where the Competition is run via Facebook and Instagram, the Competition is not associated with Facebook or Instagram, Facebook and Instagram have no liability in connection with the Competition, and any information you provide in connection with the Competition is provided to Honest Skincare, not to Facebook or Instagram.
General: Honest Skincare's decisions regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
