I am very happy with the tea tree oil which arrived very quickly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I somehow accidentally subscribed to regular shipments of tea tree oil and got an extra one delivered. I'm not sure if this was something I should have realised, or a problem with the ordering system, but in any case I was told that I could keep the extra bottle of oil at no extra charge, so I would have to say that you really go above and beyond!
