This oil was recommended to me by a friend about 2 years ago when I was suffering from having very uncomfortable bloated breasts. I started massaging and the inflammation was gone . Now I use it in my hair, in my lashes, eyebrows, and tummy at night leaving it on to wake up feeling light and without bloat. I'm 47 years old and the hormonal changes affect much of my body, castor oil has been the remedy to palate many of the symptoms and make my skin and hair look amazing.
